Davis je juce konacno startao na C poziciji i odmah urodilo plodom jer je strpao San Antoniju 27 poena u prvom poluvremenu a drugo vise odradjivao za tim te zavrsio na 34 poena.
**Shooting 14-of-24 from the field and 4-of-5 from the foul line, Anthony Davis finished Sunday’s 114-106 win over the Spurs with 34 points, 15 rebounds, six assists, two steals, one blocked shot and two 3-pointers in 40 minutes.
Two days prior to calling himself and his teammates out in the aftermath of a blowout loss to the Timberwolves, Davis stepped up in a big way. He scored 19 of his 34 points in the first quarter, shooting 8-of-10 from the field, and would have 27 at the intermission. The second half was more about Davis serving in a supplementary role, as players such as Wayne Ellington and Malik Monk hit big shots to help close out the win. Until LeBron James (abdominal strain) is cleared to return, the Lakers are going to need Davis to be a more assertive player on the offensive end. And that’s great news**
Chicago bez Vucevica (Covid19) pa na C poziciji starta Tony Bradley od kojeg je Davis sigurno dominantniji.
Bullsi solidno brane vanjske pozicije ali imaju problema sa visokim igracima i Davis bi morao i veceras to koristiti.
U Januaru mjesecu za samo 28 minuta strpao je Chicagu 37 poena.
